About Allyeska

About Allyeska
Canberra's original pinup specialist.
Specialising in vintage inspired pinup, glamour, burlesque and fine-art nudes.
I am a multi award winning and internationally published photographer (published in Australia, New Zealand, USA, United Kingdom, & India).
I am a photographer with a unique understanding of the pinup genre. I started out the burlesque scene in 2005, learning, teaching and performing burlesque (and now judging burlesque!), before moving to shooting burlesque and then on to vintage pinups and glamour - here I found my true calling!
I grew up listening to "good time oldies" rock'n'roll radio and wondering if I'd be born in the wrong era. I'm passionate about pinup and all things vintage.

My approach
I am open minded and accepting, and enjoy helping women and men appreciate their beauty - regardless of size, shape, age, gender, or sexuality. I have a warm, friendly manner and help clients feel at ease in front of the camera. I consider the process as important as the product so having fun is an essential part of all my sessions.
